Who We Are

EcoSafe Pest Control has ben providing pest control services throughout Victoria since 2009. We’ve grown steadily and taken on more complex, large‐scale work. What hasn’t changed is how much we value integrity, teamwork, supporting each other and having a good time. We believe in giving people a chance to learn and grow and celebrating wins together. What You’ll Do

You’ll face a bit of something new every day — mixing field work, problem solving, client interactions, and technical troubleshooting. Your responsibilities might include:

Visiting sites (commercial, residential, institutional) to assess pest issues

Designing and carrying out treatment plans using safe, effective methods

Installing, maintaining, and monitoring bait stations, traps, sensors, and equipment

Explaining to clients what we’re doing, why it matters, and how they can prevent future problems

Keeping clear, accurate records and reporting as needed

Working with the team on larger contracts and occasionally mentoring or guiding newer staff

If you’re not yet fully experienced but bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and are honest and reliable, you’ll be a great fit.

What We’re Looking For

Strong applicants will ideally have:

Relevant licences or certifications (or be keen to actively work towards them)

Field experience in pest control is preferable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills (friendly, clear, professional)

Reliability, a can-do attitude, attention to detail

Ability to work independently or with a small team

A valid driver’s licence

We also welcome candidates who are less experienced, as long as you:

Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Are physically capable (fieldwork, sometimes outdoors)

Are dependable, punctual, and honest

Are open to feedback and growth
