Location of role:
This is an field based role in Stapylton, Queensland with work done in South Eastern Qld and Brisbane Area.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
07:00am - 4:00pm neg based on work.

About the role:
As a Restoration Technician, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality restoration services following IICRC S500/S520 standards.
Your responsibilities will include executing water, mould, and fire restoration projects with precision and care, ensuring all work meets safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring equipment, conducting moisture mapping and readings, and maintaining safe, organised job sites.
Accurate and timely documentation-including photos, notes, and diagrams will be essential to support same-day reporting and the development of detailed scopes of work.
In this role, you’ll also take an active part in mentoring junior technicians, promoting PPE and WHS compliance, and ensuring all vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and job-ready.
Key requirements:
IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), or Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) preferred.
Proven experience in water, mould, or fire restoration projects.
Strong knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards and industry best practices.
Ability to perform equipment setup, moisture mapping, monitoring, and documentation accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and time management to ensure same-day reporting and quality outcomes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff on-site.
Commitment to PPE use, WHS compliance, and maintaining a safe, organised work environment.
Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to various job sites.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights, or varying conditions).
