About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Restoration Technician to respond to property damage caused by fire, water, and other events. In this active, field-based role, no two days are the same. You’ll help people get back on their feet after unexpected damage to their homes or businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attending water, mould, fire, and storm damage restoration jobs

Using drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters

Performing site clean-ups, moisture checks, and minor demolition tasks

Liaising with customers, insurance representatives, and internal teams

Completing job documentation via phone or tablet

Occasionally travelling locally and interstate

Participating in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours emergency response

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have

Experience in restoration (fire, water, or mould) – preferred but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Solid time management and attention to detail

A valid C Class Driver’s Licence
