About the Role

As a Job Coach, you’ll supervise, mentor, and work alongside a team of employees with disabilities, supporting them to deliver gardening, mowing, and horticultural services to our clients.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — you’ll lead by example, ensuring safety, quality, and inclusion in every job while fostering a positive, respectful team environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

Providing person-centred support and guidance to employees in line with NDIS standards.

Supervising gardening, mowing, and horticultural work within the community.

Operating equipment such as brush cutters, hedgers, pole saws, and ride-on mowers.

Planning, prioritising, and meeting daily work schedules.

Maintaining accurate daily records and promoting a safe, positive workplace.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience leading or mentoring a small team.

Qualifications or extensive experience in horticulture, gardening, or landscaping.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and support people of all abilities.

Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential or willingness to obtain).

Working with Children Check (essential or willingness to obtain).

First Aid & CPR certification (desirable).

Chemical Spraying Certification (desirable).

OHS White Card (desirable).
