About the role:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical works across industrial projects. You'll supervise a team of electricians, ensure safety and compliance standards are met, and liaise closely with the Area & Project Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of electricians

Coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings

Oversee resource allocation (materials, tools, scheduling)

Collaborate with other trades and project stakeholders

Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed

What we're looking for:

Experienced electrician with a current electrician's License (Drivers Licence, White Card, CPR, First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Space, LV Rescue)

Minimum 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, leadership & communication skills

Proficient at interpreting electrical drawings and specifications

Solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations

Desirable (Not Essential):

Instrumentation certificate

Experience with PLC systems
