We are seeking a highly motivated, client centric Manager/Supervisor who is ready to elevate their career in a leading accounting and advisory firm. Our clients range from family groups and privately held businesses.

About the Role

Reporting directly to Directors you’ll manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your portfolio will include a mix of compliance, outsourcing, and special projects for some of our largest clients.

As part of the P Squared team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of your team, including work allocation and job reviews. You’ll work closely with Clients to deliver exceptional service, acting as the primary point of contact and gaining deep insight into your clients’ businesses.

What You’ll Bring

CA or CPA qualification

Minimum 6 years’ experience in Business Advisory within an Australian public accounting firm

At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role, leading junior team members

Strong technical expertise in tax and compliance

Excellent communication skills and a proven track record as a strategic advisor
