As the Senior Manager, Investment Facilitation and Engagement, you will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of complex, multi-sectoral investment projects that drive trade growth and attract high-value investment to the Northern Territory. You’ll work across government and industry to identify and develop strategic opportunities, build compelling value propositions, and deliver bold advocacy for the Territory.
This role combines high-level case management and strategic analysis with hands-on stakeholder engagement and project execution. You’ll build strong networks with key influencers and decision-makers, prepare high-impact reports and briefings, and play a pivotal role in shaping the Territory’s economic future.

About you

You’re a confident project manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving investment outcomes. To be successful you will have:

High level knowledge of project management practices relevant to the development and facilitation of complex investment leads and projects.

Ability to provide high level market intelligence and strategic advice to inform policy development, with experience in commercial due diligence, and/ or project facilitation.

High level ability to analyse issues, problem solve and articulate complex concepts and solutions to support decision-making

Well-developed ability to manage an ever-changing high workload, work independently and coordinate priorities to meet timelines and outcomes.

Proven high level interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
