The Role

The Bar Yardy is the backbone of our beverage operations, supporting the bar team to ensure every drink, from an espresso martini to a freshly poured pint, is served with quality and consistency. You’ll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and preparation across all back-of-house bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily pre-batched cocktails according to recipes and specifications.

Support the bar team with garnish prep, juice pressing, and syrup production.

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic keg room — including regular line cleaning, beer rotation, and equipment checks.

Ensure stock rotation and assist with stocktaking, deliveries, and accurate labelling.

Monitor and manage ice machines, fridges, and storage areas to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.

Assist in setting up and packing down the bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are restocked and ready for service.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and venue procedures to uphold venue standards.

Work collaboratively with the bar and management team to maintain smooth operations during service.
