About the role

Chinta' is seeking an enthusiastic Barista / Bar person to join our vibrant team in North Perth, WA. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality business, providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages.

We have casual, part and Full time positions available

What you'll be doing

Preparing speciality coffee drinks to the highest standards

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all patrons

Maintaining a clean and well-organised bar and cafe area

Preparation of a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Following all health, safety and liquor licensing regulations

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Barista, with the ability to make consistently great coffee

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Knowledge of a range of coffee equipment and brewing methods

Familiarity with bar operations and the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Understanding of food safety and liquor licensing regulations

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a fantastic customer experience
