We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join our team at our busy hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring units are turned around as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Start time from 9.30am to approximately 2.30pm

Your key responsibilities:

Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest hotel standards and meet guest expectations.

Report any maintenance issue to the relevant department in a timely manner.

Implementation of weekly and monthly tasks.

Replenishment of inventory items.

Attend to guest inquiries and requests.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

Proven housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physically fit.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
