Surveyors & Senior Surveyors - FIFO/DIDO NSW (Near Wagga Wagga & Cootamundra)

$80,000 - $120,000 + super + up to $60,000 bonus + travel + accommodation + LAFHA + meals

The Opportunity

They are seeking Surveyors/Technicians and Senior Surveyors to join a major FIFO/DIDO project located near Wagga Wagga & Cootamundra. This long-term opportunity offers access to the latest survey and spatial technology, strong mentoring, and a clear pathway for career progression.

Rail experience will be highly preferred but not essential.

The Benefits

Surveyor/Technician: $80,000-$100,000 + Super + bonus up to $40,000
Senior Surveyor: $100,000-$120,000 + Super + bonus up to $60,000

  • FIFO/DIDO or relocate to company-supplied accommodation near Wagga Wagga & Cootamundra
  • Roster: 2/1 (14/7), with potential to move to 10/4
  • Free accommodation in company house or camp accommodation
  • Optional year-round free accommodation in company share house during RnR
  • Paid travel day out of site
  • Camp accommodation & meals fully paid or LAFHA + paid accommodation
  • Education assistance up to $2,000/year for approved upskilling (UAV, CAD, BIM, AI, PM etc.)
  • New phone & paid plan or allowance (keep your number)
  • High-spec MSI laptop with full software suite (12d, AutoCAD AEC, Leica Cyclone, Metashape, Nearmap, TBC, etc.)
  • Annual company family getaway - all expenses covered (past trips: Gold Coast, Shoal Bay)

About You:

  • A qualification in surveying or a related discipline (e.g. geospatial, GIS, spatial services)
  • White Card / Construction Card
  • Australian residency with full work rights
  • Australian surveying experience
  • Experience with Leica equipment and 12d software (desirable not essential)
  • Rail surveying and rail track trolley experience (desirable not essential)
  • Experienced survey technicians without formal qualifications also considered
  • Applicants without Leica or 12d experience - training provided with stepped salary increases at probation, 6 months, and 12 months based on development
