Bright Beginnings Learning Centre is a family-owned and operated early years education service, located in both NSW and VIC. Employment Type: Full-time - 38 hours per week

What about the roles

Pre-school room - Due to increased enrolments we are looking for a third amazing educator to join our team of creative and professional team. In this role you will be a part of planning, implementing and evaluating a project-based curriculum.

Toddler room - Due to increased enrolments we are looking for a third amazing educator to join our team of creative and professional team. In this role you will be a part of planning, implementing and evaluating a project-based curriculum.

Centre Float - We are seeking an additional educator to work across all three rooms to support lower ratios in times of need as well as non-contact and annual leave cover. In this role, you will work in all three rooms.

Ok, so what do you need?

A strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS is a great beginning (notice the pun?!)

A valid working with children check

First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

You will be reliable and flexible with shift timings

Share our passion for being child-led, with your approach to education

Be organised, have a can do attitude and understand the importance of professional identity.
