About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll go beyond dispensing medications. You’ll lead your team, engage with the community, and deliver innovative healthcare services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing and medication management
• Providing expert consultations and collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Expanding services such as vaccinations, health checks, and medication reviews
• Building strong community connections through events and workshops
• Driving business performance through KPI management, reporting, and team leadership

About You

• Current AHPRA Registration and Working with Children Check
• Experience with 8CPA professional services, DAA’s, and QCPP regulations
• Skills in budgeting, wages, and GP management
• Vaccination accreditation
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be comfortable dispensing medical cannabis
