About the Role

You’ll oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations — coordinating workflow, delivering clinical services and supporting your team — while driving improvements in efficiency, service uptake and overall performance. As the key pharmacist on site, you’ll build strong relationships with regular patients and lead with a focus on both clinical excellence and commercial results.

Your Responsibilities

Operations & Workflow

Manage daily workflow between dispensary and front-of-shop to maintain smooth service

Manage stock and identify areas for improvement

Clinical Services & Growth

Deliver vaccinations, medication reviews (MedChecks) and professional health programs

Identify patients suitable for DAAs and other adherence services and onboard accordingly

Stay up to date with new service initiatives and clinical program eligibility

Leadership & Business Development

Lead and mentor team members across dispensary and retail to ensure consistent service standards

Identify and implement innovations that improve efficiency or revenue

Work closely with the owner to review KPIs and set targets for continuous improvement

Customer & Community Engagement

Build long-term relationships with regular patients and allied healthcare providers

Hours of Work

30–38 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate — this may include occasional evenings or weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For

Registered Pharmacist (AHPRA) with no restrictions

Accredited Immuniser (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communicator who can multitask confidently across clinical delivery and problem solving

A people-first attitude and genuine care for others

Comfortable working toward KPI outcomes such as service growth.
