⚡ About the Role

We’re looking for a licensed Service Electrician to join our growing team at Green Energy Technologies (GET) – North Queensland’s most trusted solar and battery installers.

This is a hands-on role focused on servicing, maintaining and upgrading solar and battery systems for residential and commercial customers across the region.

🛠️ Day-to-Day Includes:

Servicing and fault-finding on solar PV and battery systems

Completing maintenance and repair jobs across North QLD

Assisting install teams and ensuring safety and compliance on-site

Explaining system performance to customers

👷‍♂️ What You’ll Need:

Keen to build a career in the clean energy industry

Current QLD Electrical Licence

Solar experience or CEC Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

Strong diagnostic skills and a clean, safe work approach

Good communication and teamwork – no lone rangers here

Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regionally when needed

✅ Nice to Have:

Solar or Battery experience

Experience working in renewables or energy efficiency
