About the role

Place, screed and finish concrete for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Read plans, set out, prep.

Steel fixing, mesh placement, tying & chairing.

Small crew work—quality, safety, and pace matter

Overtime available when jobs require it

Must-haves

Proven concreting experience (please outline recent jobs in your CV)

Manual driver's licence & reliable car

White Card

Strong work ethic, punctual, team player

Full Australian work rights (Australian citizen or permanent resident)

Minimum 2 years proven concreting experience in residential or commercial projects

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors

Experience with hand and power tools including screeds, floats, trowels, and concrete finishing equipment

Willingness to complete company safety induction and ongoing safety training

What you'll get

$33–$65 per hour (experience based on self assessment during interview) + overtime

Daily allowances

Full uniforms supplied & formal training package after 3-months

Clear, paid progression pathway:
Labourer → L1 → L2 → L3 → Concretor → Leading Hand → Supervisor → Construction Manager
