About the role

Baseup Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Shed Builder to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a Shed Builder, you will be responsible for the end-to-end construction of high-quality sheds and similar structures, working closely with our clients to bring their visions to life. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What you'll be doing

Interpreting and following detailed building plans and specifications to construct sheds, garages, workshops, and other structures

Carrying out all aspects of the construction process, including framing, roofing, cladding, and finishing touches

Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance and advice

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Completing projects within agreed timelines and to the highest standards

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Shed Builder or similar construction role, with experience

Strong understanding of building techniques, materials, and construction methods

Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to risk management
