Rampage Marine and Fabrication is a fast-growing fabrication business recently relocated from regional NSW to Horizon Shores Marina in Steiglitz QLD.

We build and lease our own fleet of vessels which ensures long term business stability, enables prototype builds and prebuilding of boats and equipment. Our wide range of products and work also drives stability, you will never get bored working at Rampage Marine.

We specialise in aluminium, plastic and stainless steel.

Business is run by two Owners who are both on the tools, setting the pace and expectations of the team.

🛠️ Your Role

Build Aluminium Landing crafts, other commercial vessels, farming equipment and other custom fabrication.

✅ What You Bring

Strong aluminium welder as a minimum.

Previous experience building boats, trailers or marine equipment.

Excellent TIG and MIG welding skills.

Strong work ethic, if you are not a hard worker who is solutions focused you will not last at Rampage Marine.

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Trade qualification in Engineering/Fabrication (or equivalent practical experience)

Current Australian driver's licence and forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Must have permanent right to work in Australia
