About the role

As a Diagnosis Technician VW at Wodonga Prestige, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnosis and repair services for Volkswagen vehicles. Based in Wodonga, VIC, this full-time role is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality automotive services.

What you'll be doing

Perform comprehensive diagnostics on Volkswagen vehicles to identify and resolve complex issues

Carry out repairs and maintenance work to the highest standards

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen technologies, tools, and repair procedures

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Diagnosis Technician or similar role, with a focus on Volkswagen vehicles

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in automotive diagnosis and repair
