About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Support Officer (CSO) to join us in this critical role to provide high-level secretarial, administrative and transactional support to the Community Care healthcare team.
As the CSO, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting nurses and midwives on the ward/unit by managing rostering, payroll, recruitment, and workforce-related activities
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, report preparation, and administrative coordination of patient care and quality initiatives
- Coordinating resources, supplies, meetings, student placements, and travel to ensure the smooth functioning of the ward/unit
