Responsibilities of this role

• Carry out refuelling, shift servicing, and scheduled servicing of maintenance and plant & equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist trades people in the washing, servicing, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and associated components as directed
• Provide support to other trades for general maintenance activities where required
• List, record and report any damages identified during servicing
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions
• Be committed to adhering to and promoting a strong safety culture

Requirements for this role include

• Previous experience as a Service Person within the mining industry or Light Vehicle / Diesel Fitter Trade qualification with experience working on civil or agricultural equipment
• RIISAM212D - Service mine plant and equipment
• Current HR Drivers Licence
• RIIVEH307 - Operate Heavy Rigid Vehicle VOC highly desirable
• RIIVEH306 - Operate a Mine Service Vehicle VOC highly desirable
