Process Safety Support Advisor

Location: Lytton QLD Location
Duration: To 31/1/2026
Pay range: $40 per hour + super
Contract: Until 31 January 2026 (possible extension) - Hybrid

Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Process Safety Team, ensuring that core safety, document control, procurement, and reporting processes run efficiently and meet compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Finance Support: Manage purchase orders, invoicing, vendor liaison, and monthly accruals in SAP.
• Document & Records Management: Maintain and QA-check documentation in DMS and RMOC databases; ensure all process safety documentation is current and compliant.
• Reporting & Metrics: Prepare monthly action status and metric reports.
• Process Safety Support: Assist in recording, issuing, and tracking actions from risk assessments and Cintellate.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with engineers, safety specialists, and document control teams to ensure smooth process flow.

Key Skills / Attributes

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive admin processes.
• Confident with data entry, systems, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Prior experience in procurement/finance systems (SAP) preferred.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors is advantageous but not essential.
