What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Running effective ad campaigns including:

Targeted, Broad, Lookalike, and Retargeting strategies

Reading and interpreting campaign analytics

Make sure tracking is working effectively

Make sure CPA is at a good profitability and new customers are up

Creating and sending performance reports to us

Writing compelling ad copy that converts

Recommending trending content ideas and giving us guidance on what types of content to produce

Staying on top of platform best practices and trends

Requirements:

Proven experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest

Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and campaign optimisation

Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Good communication skills

Experienced in running a variety of google ads including search, pmax and shopping campaigns.

Experience in google ads

Strong copywriting skills tailored for social ads

A good eye for content – you can suggest what’s working now and help guide creative direction across Facebook, Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and Pinterest.
