Preparing, cutting, and packaging a variety of organic meats to meet customer orders and specifications

Providing exceptional customer service and offering product recommendations

What we're looking for

Formal butchery qualifications or equivalent relevant experience

Excellent knife skills and expertise in various cutting techniques

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work well within a team and follow standard operating procedures
