This role is perfect for someone who loves customer service, enjoys working with unique products, and thrives in a vibrant tourism environment.

About the Role
As part of our retail team, you’ll:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist with purchases

Maintain the presentation and organisation of the store

Restock and replenish products as needed

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Assist with general duties to support smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience (specialty food retail an advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Available to work a varied roster of weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
