🌳 Labourers Wanted – Tree Planting Project (Welshpool, Immediate Start)

A large commercial project requires additional labour, with the opportunity for ongoing work.

We’re seeking a few labourers to join our tree planting team, starting Monday.
Work involves digging holes, planting trees, and assisting with general site tasks.

This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a supportive, hard-working crew. The role will start as casual, with the potential for long-term work for the right person.

About the Role

• Work involves digging holes, planting trees, and general site assistance
• Start time: 6:45 AM (must be on site and ready to start by this time on any workday)
• Location: Welshpool (must have your own transport)
• Pay rate:

$30/hour (base rate)

$35–$40/hour for holders of an LR licence or above

Pay review available based on performance
• Hours: Flexible — minimum 2 days per week, up to 7 days per week
(5–10 hour shifts — we’ll schedule to make it work for both sides)

Essential Requirements

• Previous planting or landscaping experience
• Knowledge of Australian native plants (preferred)
• Current car licence (required to travel to site)
• White Card (must have)
• Right to work in Australia
• Fit and healthy for physical outdoor work
• Own PPE (reimbursement provided after induction)
• Must complete both online and face-to-face inductions (paid)
• Daily drug and alcohol testing applies

Bonus Skills

• LR licence or above (higher pay rate applies)
• Bobcat or machinery experience
