We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our Bowen team. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys meaningful work, takes pride in high standards, and wants to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

About the Role

As a Cleaner with Stella Life, you will work in clients’ homes to deliver a high standard of domestic support. You’ll work both independently and alongside other team members to ensure every client is treated with dignity and respect.

Your duties will include:

General domestic cleaning (surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, floors)

Making beds and changing linen

Laundry support including washing, ironing and folding

Completing basic documentation and administrative tasks relevant to the role

This is a varied role with regular hours and the support of a friendly, local team.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous household or commercial cleaning experience (essential)

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work independently and follow schedules

A proactive and positive attitude

Good time management and reliability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team

High level written and verbal English skills

Mandatory Requirements (or willingness to obtain):

Current Queensland Driver Licence and reliable, insured vehicle

National Police Check

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

An understanding of the needs of older people and people with disabilities in home or community settings will be highly regarded.
