Briefly Describe the Role
If you are a fully registered Psychologist, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board. We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes reasonable caseload, a focus on taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours, caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of mild to severe presentations.
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a registered psychologist is required.
Any full psychology registration with AHPRA is acceptable for this position.
Multiple mandatory background checks are required including NDIS Workers Clearance Check and Working with Children's check where applicable.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Qualifications & Knowledge/Experience
• Bachelor degree or above in Psychology and must have full registrations as a psychologist
Technical Competencies
• Experience working in clinical counselling roles and work with vulnerable people
• Will provide a high standard of professional conduct
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and self-reflective practice
• Good knowledge of cultural awareness and understanding of working with differences in culture and identity
• good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and management software
Behavioural Competencies
• Demonstrate competent practice of a person and family centred approach
• Be Self-driven yet capable of participating as a team member
• Demonstrate competent practice of flexibility and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to work under KPI for employee model only
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Licenses & Accreditations
• NDIS Workers Clearance Check
• Working with Children's check (Blue card) if working with children
• Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Driver's license and a car (required for all roles which travel to deliver services)
