We've just opened our doors—bringing to life a general practice built by two experienced GPs who want to do things properly from day one. That means smart systems, genuine care, and a team where everyone's role matters.

And right at the centre of it—we need a calm, capable, and committed Lead Nurse who brings the clinical confidence and the leadership spark to help shape how we do healthcare.

What You'll Be Trusted With:

Running an efficient, well-stocked treatment room

Delivering and improving CDM care with time and space to do it well

Supporting GPs with MBS compliance and coordination

Coaching admin in effective triage (yep, we train on POPGUNS)

Staying across best practices, accreditation, and doing the little things right

Being a go-to for patients, staff, and the whole care team

Who This Role Will Suit:

You're an RN who cares about the quality of what you deliver.
You've seen what good systems and strong teams can do—and you want to be part of building one. You lead by example. You ask smart questions. You follow through. You like things running smoothly, and you're happy to take the lead to make that happen.
