Priceline Camden , a leading in pharmacy in Camden, we are seeking a friendly and motivated Casual Pharmacy Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position 25-30 hours per week, (weekends included) that will involve working in our customer-facing retail pharmacy, assisting customers with their health and wellness needs. The role is based in our Camden, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients and customers

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked retail environment

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Supporting the pharmacy team with administrative tasks as required

Demonstrating a strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance

What we're looking for

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks

A commitment to ongoing learning and development
