Residential Job Coordinator – Admin Superstar Wanted!

Are you organised, confident with customers, and love making things run smoothly?

We’re on the hunt for a Residential Job Coordinator to join the office team at Mr Scott’s

Maintenance Services. You’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes managing new

enquiries, booking jobs, supporting our field team and making sure everything is running

like clockwork — from first call to final invoice.

If you’ve worked in a trade or service business and know your way around ServiceM8, this

could be the perfect fit.

✅ What You’ll BeDoing:

 Answering the phone and looking after all new residential enquiries

 Booking in jobs and organising site visits for larger quotes

 Gathering full job details and entering them into ServiceM8 correctly

 Managing the schedule day-to-day and looking ahead to keep things running

smoothly

 Following up on jobs, raising invoices and keeping clients in the loop

 Checking finished jobs to make sure everything is complete and recorded

 Following up quotes and handling any customer questions or concerns

 Supporting the Commercial Job Coordinator when needed

 Reporting on bookings and jumping into special projects from time to time

✅ What We’re Looking For

 Strong admin and coordination skills – you’re on the ball and love ticking off tasks

 Experience using ServiceM8 is a big plus

 Confident with customers – friendly, helpful and professional

 Comfortable managing job schedules, juggling priorities, and keeping everyone

updated

 A calm head under pressure and great attention to detail
