About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Haircare Sales Assistant to join the team at our Price Cutters' stores in Hobart and Eastlands, TAS 7000. We have full-time, part time and casual positions available where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium haircare ranges.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on haircare solutions

Maintaining high standards of store presentation and product merchandising

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is always well-stocked

Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs

Providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the haircare or beauty industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable advice to customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
