We are currently seeking casual staff members to join our team based at our Brimbank Leisure Centres, across both Sunshine Leisure Centre and Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre.

The role:

Reporting to the Facility Operations Supervisor, we are seeking a positive and hardworking individual who can bring their skills and experience for:

• Pool Operations, understanding of swimming pool and spa chemistry, water purification, filtration and heating.
• Knowledge of the RLSSA Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and Lifeguard responsibilities.
• Proficiency in the application of standardized procedures, practices, Acts and Regulations in relation to an aquatic environment.
• Ability to deliver the highest standards of public supervision and safety in line with facility guidelines.
• Ability to implement and maintain effective workplace and reporting systems.
• Ability to supervise and train a multi–skilled team.
• Create and foster a positive environment for the Leisure Centre team, working to make good decisions and create a positive impact for our community.
