What You'll Do

• Design & deliver a modern data strategy across retail, supply chain, finance, and customer domains.
• Lead the Fabric migration: unify fragmented data into a centralised, governed platform.
• Enable real-time decision-making: from Buyers Apps to warehouse operations dashboards.
• Lay the AI foundations for smarter buying, inventory optimisation, and pricing intelligence.
• Own the customer data domain: build the governance, single customer view, and loyalty program foundations that drive B2C personalisation at scale.
• Champion trust: establish data quality, security, and privacy controls that protect both business and customers.
• Influence & advise leaders on how data can solve problems and unlock opportunities.

What You Bring

• Experience designing enterprise-wide data architectures (ideally in $500M+ organisations).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL Server, and data lake patterns.
• Experience with customer data, loyalty programs, or B2C analytics (greenfield experience a plus).
• Retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused background desirable.
• Strong communication skills - able to inspire senior execs and mentor technical teams.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on grit.
