The Opportunity

We’re looking for Senior Engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics / Fire Protection and Vertical Transport disciplines. You’ll take a lead role on key projects, contribute to the development of the Brisbane team, and help set the standard for technical excellence.

If you enjoy working with architects, builders and clients to deliver integrated design solutions—and you take pride in practical, well-resolved engineering—this role will give you both autonomy and the opportunity to mentor the next generation of engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your discipline, your role will typically include:

Leading concept and detailed design documentation, calculations, and system selection.

Coordinating with other disciplines, clients, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive outcomes.

Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, local authority requirements, and best practice.

Guiding and reviewing work prepared by junior engineers and designers.

Attending site inspections, design meetings, and technical workshops.

Providing technical input on design innovation, value engineering, and sustainability initiatives.

Supporting the growth and direction of the Brisbane office through leadership and mentorship.

What We’re Looking For

Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety, Hydraulics or Vertical Transport Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 5–10 years’ relevant experience in building services consultancy.

RPEQ registration (or ability to obtain) highly regarded.

Sound technical understanding of design, documentation and delivery in your field.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Passion for high quality design and engineering that makes a difference.
