Maintenance Electrician - Food Manufacturing

up to $135k + OT + Super
12-hr Day Shifts - Every other weekend off (2on/3off , 3on/2off)
5 weeks annual leave+ Public holidays

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Arndell Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern equipment in a high-performing environment, offering excellent work-life balance and great benefits.

The Role

• Carry out preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on food production and packaging machinery
  
• Support production teams with fault-finding, diagnostics, and electrical maintenance
  
• Work with instrumentation, control systems, and automation to optimise plant reliability
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site-wide safety standards
  
• Working closely with electricians, maintenance fitters, trade assistants, etc.

Shifts & Benefits

• 2on/3off, 3on/2off roster - 5am-5pm
  
• Every other weekend completely off
  
• 5 weeks holiday + all bank holidays

About You

• Electrical Trade Qualification (NSW Licence)
  
• Strong experience in industrial maintenance (FMCG highly desirable)
  
• Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and automation systems
  
• Proactive approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
