This role offers the opportunity to support people on their journey to employment, helping them overcome barriers and build confidence. You’ll be part of a team delivering coaching, training, and job matching services to jobseekers from diverse backgrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting jobseekers to overcome challenges and improve their employability
• Co-creating personalised employment plans that reflect individual goals
• Helping people find sustainable work by connecting them with local employers
• Collaborating with internal and external support services to address vocational and non-vocational barriers
• Managing a caseload and conducting regular appointments (face-to-face, phone, or group)
• Using your customer service and conflict resolution skills to motivate and guide
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with program requirements

• Have strong customer service skills and can build rapport quickly
• Are empathetic, great at conflict resolution, and comfortable with tough conversations
• Want to make a difference and help others thrive
• Are ready to learn and grow in a supportive, purpose-driven environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in customer-facing roles where KPIs or targets were part of your performance
• A background in retail, hospitality, call centres, or similar industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to motivate others and solve problems creatively

Hours & Salary:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (on-site)

Salary: $70,000 + Super
