Our award-winning culture fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and flexible environment that enables our people to thrive. Here, you'll be inspired and challenged to grow alongside us.
We're committed to reconciliation and supporting the self-determined role for Traditional Owners/Custodians in water and land management.
The Role
Are you a strategic and collaborative problem-solver who enjoys creating real-world impact? We're looking for a Treatment and Land Planning & Optimisation Engineer to join our team. We're committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to grow.

- Analyse asset failures and breakdowns to drive continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring we meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Optimise asset performance through proactive maintenance and renewal programs.
- Use real-time data on asset condition, service outcomes, and customer feedback to make dynamic adjustments to plans.
- Integrate actions across our various product areas (water, sewer, land, etc.) for cohesive and efficient service delivery.
- Capture operational learnings to inform medium-term planning and guide the evolution of our service offerings.
What we're looking for

- Experience in developing long-term strategies and translating them into practical investment plans.
- Experience in translating strategic plans into tangible projects and operational activities.
- Exposure to the operation of sewer treatment plants and associated operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risks within an operational context.
- The ability to manage design consultants and communicate complex technical information clearly to various audiences.
