About the role

• Our client is an Australian based dairy company that is now distributing and growing sizably internationally.
• Based in Regional Victoria
• On call casual contract
• 8am-4pm

The responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to the following:

• Sampling, preparation, testing and analysis of chemical, microbial samples and raw materials
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via verbal and written means to communicate accurate test results
• Maintain, operate, calibrate and troubleshoot the laboratory equipment correctly as required
• Housekeeping of the laboratory environment

To be successful for this role, you will possess the following

• Tertiary education in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochem, Chemistry or Laboratory Techniques would be ideal
• Excellent computer and report writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Must possess initiative and enthusiasm
