About the Role

A leading ASX/HKEX-listed resources company is seeking a Risk and Business Analytics Specialist to join its Risk & Audit team. This role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise risk management (ERM) activities and managing the day-to-day operation of the insurance function.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Risk & Insurance, you will:

• Support the implementation of enterprise risk and opportunity management, including risk assessments, workshops, reporting, and ERM systems.
• Contribute to risk reporting, key risk indicators, and annual reviews in line with ASX and HKEX requirements.
• Assist with renewal and management of the corporate insurance program, working with internal stakeholders, brokers, and external providers.
• Support the development of risk financing strategies and provide insurance and risk information to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate claims management, insurance surveys, and broker tenders.
• Provide administrative support to the Risk & Audit leadership team as required.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree in business, finance, engineering, science, or ICT (professional designations such as CPRA / CPRM, GIA, CA/CPA highly regarded).
• 1-4 years' experience in risk management, risk analysis, or auditing.
• Familiarity with ISO31000 and risk management methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word.

Desirable skills include:

• Experience managing insurance contracts and renewals.
• Exposure to listed company environments or multi-cultural workplaces.
• Data analytics/dashboards (Alteryx, Power BI) or SAP experience.
• Chinese (Mandarin) language fluency.
