We're a life insurance brokerage working with Australians who actually want to talk to us.
Every lead you'll handle has already reached out asking about cover. Your job is to understand what they need, match them to the right product, and close the deal.
We don't need you to be a life insurance expert – we'll train you on that. What we need is someone who knows how to build trust quickly over the phone, can have genuine conversations about money and protection, and knows how to close without being pushy.
The Role
You'll work warm inbound leads exclusively. No cold calling, no lead generation, no chasing people who hung up on you yesterday.
This is consultative sales at general advice level – you'll ask the right questions, understand their situation, recommend appropriate cover, and guide them through the application. You'll also work with existing clients on policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve their cover where it makes sense.
You'll have weekly KPIs and commission targets. Commissions are uncapped and paid monthly. Top performers consistently hit $120K+ OTE including super.
After probation, the role is hybrid – work from home when it suits, come into South Melbourne when you need the team around you.
What You Need
Proven outbound sales experience – if you've worked in telco, energy, insurance, or similar environments where you've had to build rapport fast and close over the phone, you'll know what this takes.
You need to be comfortable working to targets, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in helping people make decisions about their financial protection. This isn't order-taking – you need to be able to drive urgency while being empathetic about what can be emotional conversations.
RG146 certification required (or willingness to complete – we cover the cost).
What's On Offer
Base salary plus uncapped commissions. Top performers exceed $120K OTE (including superannuation).
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We'll train you properly on life insurance products, underwriting, and our sales process. If you want to move into financial advice longer term, we support RG146 and can create that pathway.
You'll work with a team that actually talks to each other, leadership that's transparent about what's working and what isn't, and regular coaching to help you hit your numbers.
