We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Support Officer to provide strategic, professional, timely and confidential support and advice to two executives who lead the Customer Experience and Digital Business Centre divisions.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in the Brisbane CBD with generous flexible and remote work options available to the successful candidate.
About the Opportunity
The RTA is a fast paced, complex and committed state government statutory body whose purpose is to serve and support the renting community of Queensland. Part of our role involves providing tenancy information and support, bond management, dispute resolution, investigation, education services and critical engagement with sector stakeholders. By delivering in these key areas the RTA strives towards our vision, which is to “help make renting work for everyone”.
The RTA administers the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (the Act). The RTA works with all sector groups including tenants, property managers and owners, community and industry stakeholder groups and the Queensland Government.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in managing the dynamic workflow of the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Customer Experience Officer (CCXO). Both executives require an effective professional who can work at pace, make strategic decisions as it relates to the role and maintain confidentiality in all they do, including administration coordination, document review and preparation, calendar and email/document management, effective time management and acting as the ‘go to’ for all things relating to the executive.
