FGH Civil are seeking civil Supervisors & Operators for multiple positions across the company to support demands of upcoming projects within our region. Here at FGH Civil we are searching for new motivated team members that have demonstrated experience and competent knowledge in the civil industry.

We have the following open positions:

Civil Supervisor

Grader Operators

Truck Drivers; including side tippers, tankers, Road train and body trucks (minimum HR Licence)

Combo Drivers

Final Trim Excavator Operators

Moxy Operators

The successful applicant will have experience in the civil construction industry as well as working with graders, rollers, diggers and other machines. This role includes but not limited to plant operations and manual labouring tasks associated with undertaking construction and general maintenance works.

Requirements for positions (depending on role):

Prior experience

Hold a current Drivers Licence, HR/HC and or relevant.

Construction Induction card

Experience with roadworks/ traffic control

Passion for safety and quality

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Flexibility to work away when required (additional allowance will apply)

Work local & LAFHA opportunities.

Work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate strong communication & reporting skills.

Maintain and complete safety checks on equipment-

Roster (10/4 or 5/2)
