What we are looking for

We are looking to a build a complex care team to support a new complex male client in the Toowoomba region. This client has complex behaviours and will require a team of passionate and resilient people to support him. In depth client training will be provided.

Willingness to work with challenging and complex clients

Availability across a 24/7 roster

Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

You have or can obtain the following:

Blue Card and NDIS Screening/ Yellow Card

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Driver’s Licence

Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

Benefits and Salary

Competitive, above aware rate! $47.97 - $51.90 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus penalty rates and super.

Flexible working hours and option to choose your own availability.
