Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Installation Scheduler to join our team.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating bookings for our team of installers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate jobs for installers across multiple fields

Monitor and track the status of ongoing projects

Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts

Provide administrative support to the team and management

About You:

Proven experience in scheduling

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

Previous experience in a scheduling is a must
