Mechanical Service Supervisor (Wet Fire) – Sydney

Are you a hands-on leader with proven experience in wet fire service delivery? We’re seeking a Mechanical Service Supervisor to take ownership of a skilled team and oversee all aspects of wet fire system servicing across Sydney.

What you’ll own

• Day-to-day leadership of wet fire service delivery, including call-outs, repairs, and upgrades.
• Compliance with Australian Standards for fire protection systems and WHS requirements.
• Job scheduling and tracking using Uptick or similar field service software.
• Technical support, coaching, and mentoring of your team.
• Client liaison for service updates, escalations, and site inspections.

What we’re looking for

• Cert III (or higher) in Fire Protection (Wet Systems) or equivalent trade qualification.
• Licensed sprinkler fitter or proven wet fire systems expertise.
• 5+ years’ experience in wet fire service work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Uptick or similar job management software.
• Strong technical skills in sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and pump systems.
• A proactive leader who can inspire, coordinate, and deliver under pressure.
