Woodlands are seeking a proactive and customer service focused Storesperson to assist our internal customers and external suppliers on a daily basis. We are located at Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and this role offers a diverse range of tasks, giving you a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise and contribute to a dynamic team.

Skills and experience

Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:

Previous experience in stores and inventory control environment is preferred.

Hold a forklift licence.

Physically fit and able to carry/lift heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Reliability and strong work ethic.

Approachable, friendly and contribute to a positive team environment.

Moderate computer skills (emails, dispatch software, invoicing software).

Duties and Responsibilities

Load/unload delivery vehicles using forklift and manually

Operate forklift and equipment to move and store stock

Maintain accurate records of stock and orders

May be required to deliver goods on occasion

Ensure an organised, clean and tidy work environment

Assist with inventory control

Enter detailed data entry in IT systems
