The Role

Based in Spring Hill, Brisbane, our team of engineers and consultants is close-knit, collaborative, and values-driven. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Mechanical and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver meaningful solutions to clients across various sectors. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your professional network, sharpen your technical expertise, and make a real impact on complex, rewarding projects.

What We’re Looking For

Design and documentation of projects in 3D Revit and adjunct BIM software for Tender and Construction

Acting as the key interface between engineering and modelling staff

Reviewing project briefs and various authority requirements and incorporating them into documented designs

Liaising with Engineers in formulating conceptual design for projects

Undertaking site audits and investigations

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

2-5 years’ experience in HVAC Mechanical engineering for building services

Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code

Experience in design and documentation of Mechanical HVAC systems for buildings

Proficiency in 3D Revit, Navisworks, and BIM tools

Strong working knowledge of Camel and engineering modelling software

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
