Role: Sessional Casual Trainer
Pay: $55 per hour + super

Key Institute is a forward-thinking leader in vocational training, dedicated to equipping students with real-world skills and meaningful learning experiences.

We are seeking a Trainer to support the delivery of upcoming program in Perth WA, with opportunities to work across the entire state if you would like. Specifically, we are seeking someone fluent in Arabic.

We're looking for an engaging trainer who is passionate about sharing their skills and making a difference in the lives of job seekers. This is your chance to help shape the workforce of tomorrow through practical, hands-on learning.

Each program runs for one week and carefully designed to introduce participants to a relevant industry sector. These programs are designed to create pathways to employment or further study and include a mix of theory, and practical activities.

Are you fluent in Arabic and English, this role is for you!

We strongly prefer applicants with Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, however this isn't a must. We are seeking an engaging multilingual facilitator.

Please do not apply unless you have the necessary TAE training qualifications.

Highly desirable attributes:

Confidence to deliver engaging face-to-face training.

Ability to inspire and motivate jobseekers.

Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with ability to deliver training content and facilitate discussions entirely in Arabic
