This role puts you at the heart of major land subdivision projects across Southeast Queensland, from early planning through to completion.

You’ll manage client relationships, lead meetings, and keep delivery on track, not buried in red tape.
If you’ve got a design background, great, but what really matters is your ability to connect the dots between concept and construction.

🟢 Your focus:

Oversee roads, drainage, stormwater, and earthworks design delivery.

Visit sites once or twice a week to see your work in action.

Partner directly with a major client (you’ll be their go-to).

Balance technical oversight with hands-on project leadership.

You’ll be based in Brisbane CBD. An office vehicle is ready when you are, or you can use your own and claim per-km reimbursement.

You’ll work alongside a tight crew of seven under the leadership of the urban team leader, a principal who’s known for backing good people and keeping things simple.

Support comes from a principal designer, a mid-level project manager, and engineers who know their craft. You’ll get help where you need it, but not handholding.

💰 What you’ll get

Typically, $120K–$150K + super, based on experience and initiative. There is budget capacity for salaries that exceed $150k – it all depends on experience and value.
